Our Purpose

The podcast Two Sisters in a Pod: Keeping It Real was created to empower women and men to embrace their true selves and walk in wholeness. Our mission is to:

1. Explore, Enlighten, Embrace, Enhance, and Exhibit the power of individual wholeness.

2. Help listeners understand the meaning and elements of wholeness through P.I.E.E.S.S.—Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Economic, Social, and Spiritual growth.

3. Remind everyone that wholeness comes from within. No one else can “complete you.”
